Senator Halford offered Amendment No. 1 : Page 37, lines 25 - 26: Delete may by regulation or order establish and enforce Insert may by regulation establish and by order enforce 1998-05-08 Senate Journal Page 3907 HB 486 Page 37, line 28 after section. add the following language: Regulations adopted under this section should recognize the social and economic circumstances of Shareholders and encourage maximum participation consistent with the requirements of AS 45.55.160. Page 52, lines 24 - 26: Delete all material and insert: (e) All investigative files are confidential, except that they must be disclosed by the administrator as required for discovery in an administrative or a judicial proceeding.
